Subscription & Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a subscription through limuva.com, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis at the price and billing interval shown at checkout (plus any applicable taxes and shipping). Recurring charges continue unless and until you cancel your subscription.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
You can cancel either way:
- Through the subscription management portal on our website; or
- By contacting our support team at hello@limuva.com (or through our website's contact page) with your name and the email address used at purchase — our team will process the cancellation for you.
Once your cancellation is processed, you will not be billed again. Cancellation stops future charges; charges that have already been processed are governed by our refund policy.
